Service Plus Plan

Service Plan Plus is our plan tailored to address the preventative maintenance of your plumbing and heating systems. This plan is not insurance or an extended warranty. It is the clear assurance that all visible components of the gas, plumbing and heating systems are properly tuned for the utmost efficiency. Experience has proven that emergencies occur at the worst possible times and often can be prevented. Once you become a Service Plan Plus client, you will obtain the peace of mind related to a better understanding of your plumbing and heating systems. Another benefit is the waived weekend service charge (See your Technician for details).

Plumbing and Gas	Heating
Hot Water Tank Perform a complete tune-up (per manufacturer’s specs) including: drain and refill unit, burner cleaning, visual check of safety devices and proper draft, and carbon monoxide detection test. Faucets Verify every faucet and perform needed minor adjustments. Toilets Check water levels and dye test tanks to assure no costly leaks are present. Under Sinks Demonstrate the importance of the emergency shut offs, check traps and other plumbing components. Exposed Water Lines Check for overall condition and signs of leakage. Pressure Reducing Valve If applicable, check the overall operation. We will perform a house pressure test, and a visual check for lawn sprinkler back flow devices. (summer only) Emergency Shut-offs We will make visual checks on all the emergency shut offs in the home.	Water Boiler Make a visual inspection of boiler, controls & flue piping. Furnace Visually inspect furnace, controls and flue piping. Carbon Monoxide We check for carbon monoxide spills and gas leaks.
